Justyna Cwajda-Bialasik

Justyna Cwajda-Białasik is an Associate Professor at the Department of Perioperative Nursing, Collegium Medicum, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, and a specialist in surgical nursing and wound care. She combines academic and teaching activities with clinical practice at the Outpatient Clinic for Chronic Wound Management of University Hospital No. 1 in Bydgoszcz.
Her research interests focus on the prevention and management of chronic wounds and pressure injuries, vascular nursing, and the use of advanced diagnostic methods in clinical practice, with particular emphasis on infrared thermography.
She is actively involved in evidence-based wound care, professional education, and the development of national recommendations for the prevention and treatment of pressure injuries.
