2nd EPUAP Focus Meeting

In April 2014 the University of Southampton hosted the 2nd EPUAP Focus meeting on Skin Health and the Microclimate. The three day event was attended by over 100 delegates from around the world and was supported by exceptional participation from industrial sponsors.
The organising committee, Professor Dan Bader, Drs Peter Worsley and Lisette Schoonhoven, were delighted to welcome local, national and international speakers who provided expertise in subjects including skin physiology and structure and technological advances in monitoring the microclimate in loaded skin tissues. The scientific program offered the opportunity for lively debate and discussion between academics, industrialists and clinicians, with the exceptional attendance playing testimony to the importance of this topic area.
